Norway Tour/Freddy Weller
Johnny. You will be touring Norway for the whole Summer. On one festival,The Hiltorp Festival in July, you will play with Freddy Weller. What is your relationship to him? Was he also a member of The Flying Burrito Brothers? I think he had a hit with "All the games people play" Berit |

Freddy was never a member of the Flying Burrito Bros. However, he was a key member of the pop group PAUL REVERE AND THE RAIDERS. He went on to have a string of country hits like GAMES PEOPLE PLAY AND THE PROMISED LAND. Freddy also co-wrote hits for rock & roll singer Tommy Roe, namely DIZZY and JAM UP AND JELLY TIGHT. He also wrote the country smash LONELY WOMEN MAKE GOOD LOVERS and SHE LOVES ME RIGHT OUT OF MY MIND. His early records featured some great LA session players, like the late CLARENCE WHITE and BOB WARFORD, who both played the BBender on many of Freddy's tracks. Hope this helps!!!!! JB |
