Problems with Installation under Windows Vista

I tried to install the free starter-package (I am using onlinebible for a long time but have a new computer) under Windows Vista. After entering the path's it will do something, but after that the isntallation procedure is stopped.

Has anybody any idea why that is? I am logged in with admin-rights, so everythinng should be fine.

I have ordered now a new version (the abonoment version) and hope the install will work with the CD. I would be happy to receive any useful hint.
