For those of you that are new to the board or considering membership please be advised of the following guidelines and rules of the HCBC Message Board.

• Do not use this board to settle breeding, pup/dog sale, or any other personal matters/disputes. If you have a problem with a breeder that you are not able to settle a matter with, contact the registry for dispute resolution.

• "For Sale" postings made must be of stock that are IOEBA or UCA registered.

• Debatable subject matter is encouraged. However; personal attacks will not be tolerated.

• At the discretion of the Board Moderators overly repetitive conversations can be interrupted.

• All messages are subject to editing by HCBC Message Board moderators.
