Women in combat

I've been out since 2000 so the closest I got to combat was three tours in the Balkans. I was curious if recent grads and grads who have stayed in have seen women's roles in combat expand in recent years. You hear about it in the press, but I want to hear from the frontlines.

Re: Women in combat

Interesting article in the NY Times magazine today about women and PTSD. Here's the link http://www.nytimes.com/2007/03/18/magazine/18cover.html?_r=1&ref=magazine&oref=slogin

Re: Women in combat

WestPointWomen.org would be a great place to catalog impressions from our women grads who have had tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Even impressions from those grads that had tours in the pentagon or other central planning locations for the two war efforts would be very informative. What has really been going on? (minus political or military correctness)
