Message:   I heard a lot about the Ramsey guerilla from my father who was 15 years old during the start of the war. I never heard about it in school. Perhaps it just sliped through my attention. But my father had idolized the great anti Japanese guerilla crusaders during the occupation years and I heard a lot of stories from him. It was nostalgic looking at those old photos from the Philippines. By the late 60's and early 70's the Philippines pretty much looked like the same way as the 1940's photo. Now things had change there and even in poverty the picture isn't remotely the same. It's like a new place now.
