HOW DO YOU GET A COPY RIGHT ?

I noticed on your website you say sketch protected by usual copyright. is this something you paid for. I have sent a lot of stuff off recently and am getting quite a lot of interest back. What is stopping people using the sketches I have sent and not paying me for them.Or does it not work like that ??

Re: HOW DO YOU GET A COPY RIGHT ?

Great news, you're getting interest. You're articles are always a good read.

Just the fact that you've written it or performed it gives you copyright, as long as you haven't infringed another person's earlier copyright.

Just keep a record of who you email / mail and keep a signed and dated unopened posted copy of the material in a drawer. That our sketches have been up on YouTube etc can prove when we published the work.
