Lack of communication!
I am beginning to think that sending my phone for repair was a bad idea. It's been gone a week and I have had no communication as to where it is or when I'm getting it back or anything. Anyone else have problems like this? |

The phone in question that came into us for a repair that some one else has tried to look at first and not do very well at puting it back together has not been fixed yet. As more news comes through we will contact you. If you wish to contact us at any time before this, feel free to email or call us. |

If we were to contact all our customers on a daily basis with no real news of progress, we would not have much time left for fixing phones! |
