Order Tracking
Hi, How can I track the status of my order? I received a 'Worldpay' confirmation email for receipt of the money I have paid you but I've received no confirmation email from yourselves and it's been several days now and I've heard nothing??!! Please help me. Regards, Mark BRIGGS |

Hello The best way to track an order through phatphones is to simply email us the worldpay shopper ID and we will locate the information for the order. It may be lost or delayed through the post or we may be waiting for parts but then you would have been notified. |
