I'm 52 and have always become hot with little exercise and now that I'm older my core heat gets to be very uncomfortable,does anyone else have the same symptoms ?

For me the problem was a type of neuropathy I developed after getting West Nile Virus. It affected sweat glands so I could not cool off properly. I used to wear layers of clothes and now I would rather stay cooler, even if it affects the myotonia a bit. Diabetes can cause the same issue.
