* There are a few necessary requirements to get your post accepted.

Learn how to create your own PayPal donation button on your post:

1) Go to http://www.paypal.com
2) Create your paypal account (if you don't have an existing one)
3) Once created, go to the "Merchant Services" Tab
4) Under Create Buttons, go to "Donate"
5) Fill in details in given fields (make sure your button is Non-Encrypted - Select "No")
6) Click "Create Button Now"
7) When you are posting to the Begslist Help Board, Copy Code from PayPal and Paste code at the bottom of you Begslist posting.

Darla Oct 31st, 2007 - 10:48 AM	desperately in need of a neck surgery God bless you all. I have had #10 pain every waking moment since April, 06 dua to a couple of bulging discs with spurs on them. The 3rd surgeon i went to see wouldnt do a surgery. I now know why. A lack of insurance. I didnt have insur. at the job i was hurt. Of course i lost that job and absolutely cannot work anymore. The surgeons say id need at least half down for the surgery. That would be in the area of $15.000.00. I cannot express what the pain has been like, but ill try. It is so bad that even with the pain meds, i am still in pain. The meds are now only 50% effective. Also, they only last 2-3 wks, so the next 2 wks i am flat on my back writhing in pain thinking of how i can...well, you can imagine. The depression that comes with it only stands to reason. i have tried everything i can think of and all my options as far as borrowing are tapped out. Please, please consider my desperate cry for help!! God must have led me to this site because it just came to me only a few mins. ago.
