I was at a junk yard looking at VIN numbers on Friday, when I spotted this older Ford Fire Pumper marked for "THE LAWMAN FIRE DEPARTMENT". Unit had New Mexico plates. Also, the ladder, hose reel with hose, and what was left of boots remained on the truck. It looked like a good mechanic could restore it, but I fear its going to be feed tp the shredder.

I wonder who was useing that.

Jeff, I didn't see that script while in the field. We are scheduled to go back this week, so I will try to figure out what is written on the door. But I doubt it says "Code 3". LOL
