I am firming up the time for my seminar in Poughkeepsie, at Hudson Valley Karate with Master Antonelli, I plan on working on Joint Locks, Takedowns, and depending on the matts, Throws, I am sure the students will have a lot of fun with the material I will be showing. I will be working on variations off the standard requirements, this way I can start with what they already know and build from there. If anyone has suggestions I always have an open ear.

Drill them with rolls and breakfalls, make sure they can fall before you takemdown.
