Thank you. This is cool. I should try this. (The new school is justifiably unhappy with my level of physical fitness. But it's still a wonderful thing to have the sorts of problems that can be solved by training hard.)

If you do decide to begin training, start out light with basic movements at first, tendons take longer to strenthen than muscle. And always stretch AFTER you work out.

Thank you. I know from my own experience, as well as my respect for you, that this is excellant advice. I lifted in high school cross country, and at the Y fairly regularly before I got caught up in TSD, so I have at least some training on safe and effective weight lifting. Thank you for reminding me how much I miss it.
