Had 4 spontaneous vaginal deliveries with fairly significant back labor. Spent most of the time in the hot shower with the water pounding on my lower back, received no drugs. Found my MC was much worse during my pregnancies, but certainly did not have anything out of the ordinary with deliveries and, in fact, most would say had a fairly easy time of it.
