hey my mc affects all muscles of my body apart from my heart so far and i have alot of trouble gripping, and releasing with my hands and fingers especially when there cold. i also have to warm up my arms and hands before picking something heavy up or my arms give way and i drop things. i dont take medication atm because my docs are baffled by how bad my case is and that its getting worse as i get older. i really didnt think it would get any worse as the docs predicted i would be in a wheelchair and incapable of doing anything for my self by the age of 15, i am now 19 and walking, live alone, and have a baby on the way. before doing anything using your hands and fingers do a few excersises such as clenching your hand into a fist it will warm your muscles up alot more and youll notice a difference in what you do hope it helps
