I am once again scrambling to find my current dosage, previously I was on 150mg 5x a day, when that wasn't available I was bumped to 250mg 4x a day. It works even better than the lesser dosage. I am loathe to change my dose again.

I found this pharmacy online (located in RI) that will compound the Rx. I talked to someone who informed me it will be $275 for 120 pills. He can charge my insurance, so will do a test claim for me this afternoon. Here is the info if anyone else is interested.
