We always have hot sauce, salsa, cayennes, etc in our house, because we eat a lot of Mexican-style foods, as well as curry and other spices for Indian foods, and red peppers and such for Szechuan-type Chines and also Thai and Vietnamese type dishes. I didn't know why these seemed to make me feel physically better, but they always did, and so I gravitated to them.
Once I learned that I had MC, and found this forum, Jan's information seemed to answer my riddle! For me, at least, it helps. lois
