I used to live in Pelzer SC - tiny town. My dad still lives there I was definitely called lazy and useless and family members would get mad at me if I wasn't able to run and answer the phone or the door or whatever. My cousin was embarrassed to be in the car with me when we got dropped off at school cause it took me forever to get out of the back seat. So frustrating.

I had to join the Navy at 20 and get a medical discharge to find out what it was...my family was an interesting balance of supportive/tough love. I definitely feel your pain. Esp today, since the temp dropped here in Oregon, I think I've pulled ALL of my muscles. I take mexitil, but some days are still better than others.
