Thank you for the information. I have gotten back on the Mexiletine and it makes a difference. I tried it at night and I had no pain in the muscles. My theory was that the muscles were never at rest. Am taking 1 150 capsule for a couple of weeks to ease in. When I took the 2 for the nighttime trial I couldn't sleep no pain just couldn't go to sleep so I will go easy and look into the magnesium citrate. Thanks again.
