Thanks for sharing your experience. I don't tolerate fish or fish oil because of another disorder (can't break down long chain fatty acids) so it actually makes my muscle worse. But for most people it should help reduce inflammation.

If you have trouble with fish burps, you can store the capsules in the freezer. It won't change the effectiveness of the capsules, but it will keep you from getting as much indigestion.
