This is more for future people than you!

My labors were very fast, and I passed out while pushing without supplemental oxygen, which is definitely not normal! When I would black out, the baby's heart rate dropped, too, so just try to keep your oxygen up.

While MC isn't supposed to effect smooth muscles, my contractions were so close together at the end that they ran together. I would have a mere 30 second dip between contractions that lasted nearly a minute long.

My voluntary muscles did cramp, ache, and spasm in childbirth, meaning that was I EXTREMELY clumsy in labor. It was also a bit harder to relax my perineum to minimize tearing, but I did scrape by both natural births with VERY little damage at all.
