After doing a ton of specific exercises that I figured out that I COULD do with my hips all out of whack to tire out the muscles that were pulling on them, in a week, my hips slid back into place again and the irritation from the subluxation went down. I'm now back to regular activities, and I haven't curled up in bed and just cried in pain in a while, either. Other muscles have my normal range of motion, too, again, now that my mobility's back and my activity level is back up.
This condition sure punishes you for not being able to move...by making you not ABLE to move!
