calf musscles

hi everyone, i need major help
my leg keeps popping out of place but when it does, the muscle goes stiff and gets stuck. is this realted to MC or anything? it is really sore and im in a lot of pain and i can barly walk. please answer soon so I know what to do. thanks so much.

hi everyone, no need to panic, i went to my physio nd whats happened is my calf musscele had sort of flipped out and gone stiff nd stuck. ive had athlete bandages on and its getting better.
