Trudy, I have never heard from anyone taking it, but I don't see anything in the profile that looks like a red flag. It's a tetracyclic antidepressant rather than a tricyclic, and is supposed to be much safer in terms of toxicity. It does have a long list of contraindicated medications including some antibiotics when you're using it, so be sure to look it up online or read the product insert.
