The light meter of my XA doesn't seem to be working. The needle won't budge off the bottom, below the 1.

Any idea if it's cost effective to have this repaired or where to go from here? The batteries are fine and everything else seems OK.

The XA seems like a great little camera.

After trying some more 'dry' shots, it's clear that it's primarily the indicator that isn't working. The shutter times are varying as they should with aperture; they're short for F2.8 and very long for F22.
