My husband has e-school at his school. He does like it but they do not use its full potential yet. What is nice is that it will calculate the final averages for the classes. For attendance it works very well but he said the school system needs to adapt to the reactions that e-school has. For his school, they have to use the 2nd period attendance as the main determination if students are attending that day. This is due to late arrivals.

Our school just adopted e-school this year. Wow, lots of kinks need to be worked out. The high school and middle school parents have access to their student's grades but the Elementary level does not have access yet. I can't imagine how we are going to do this in Phys Ed.with daily grades, assessments and so on. Then attendance, we will have to have a wireless set up to take attendance every class. What is your setup for taking attendance? iPad, laptop,etc...?
