We do a lot of Insanity and P90X in our classes. I use some video of the original film and lead the other times with a easier version. Here is my plan - as an incentive my hardest working students earn CUBSANITY t-shirts ( aka INSANITY) and at the end of the year I want to bring them all together and video them. Afterwards I want to voice over instructions and next year my classes can watch-follow along with the video of our students leading -

Has anyone done this before? If so can you help with directions or problems you had?

If I were you, I would record them a few times and edit the results on windows movie maker. This program is easy to use and the videos come out looking very good.
