I coach high school track and I am always looking for ways to incorporate technology into my practice. I often use Coach’s Eye or Ubersense to film the athletes in order to show them their mechanics. Does anyone use something else that can help with technique during practice?
I recently used a app. on my IPad mini called "Time Lapse" which allows students to perform a skill, then watch the time delayed recording of them performing the skill. It is useful in a station setting where you may not be able to give direct feedback or work one-on-one with a student or athlete. I used it during my archery units at a lane. Kids would shoot an arrow, then watch their form. It worked out pretty slick!
