I would bet it's Madison, Massachusetts? Only because New England and especially the Boston area was Maxim country at one time.
Real fine looking model, though.
Could be Madison, Connecticut
Could be Madison, New York
Could be Madison, Wisconsin
Could be any other Madison F.D. out there!
