Can anyone post the facts as to who is, or is not, paying the bills for this bulletin board, if there is an option of upgrading to lose the pop ups and, if so, who I contact to set this up? If there is no-one taking the responsibility, such that we cannot fix it, then we may have to migrate. I am a Mac user, so these dratted pop ups are not going to damage my machine, but annoying does not begin to describe it.
