Just saw the new 2007 Busch online catalog and the new fire apparatus rigs this year will be Baltimore City ALFs, white-over-red. Offered will be the pumper, tiller ladder, Ford ambulance and Dodge Ram van. Though these are older models, they look pretty sharp in white-over-red.

Does it look like they will be offered as a set?

I couldn't tell, but I'm thinking it will be sold as a set, as Chicago was.

Is there a release date for the rigs. I can't wait because i love collecting Baltimore.

Fire turcks are a couple of pages in. Not bad looking.

Looking at the pages these will be individual releases. Each item has it's own part number.
There are actually several other Baltimore items in the flyer. There is also a Baltimore PD and Sheriff Crown Vics and at least one transit bus.
