I'm usually miffed too, but my last transaction was pretty smooth. I returned my Boston E-30 for a refund due to poor product quality, and in less than one week, my credit card had the refund posted. Last time that I returned something to them it took over a month and a half, and several phone calls to Funrise to get my refund. I guess they are getting used to people returning stuff, and have their act together now.

Ya know, in the roughly 2 years that I have stopped with Code 3, my stress is down, B/P is down & somehow the sky is bluer & the birds sing a sweet tune.

At this very moment I'm eating a Kangaroo Island Heritage Blue cheese and drinking a Three Bridges red ...Code 3 can go suck eggs, I'll get back to them later.
