DRUNK vs PUMPER

A Pumper leaving a parking lot last night at 9 PM in San Carlos area was struck by car driving without lights. Four firemen with minor injuries, car driver messed up good, passanger ran and being pursued by FHP. And here's a shocker, alcohol involved.
