Looking for Chuck somebody or other from Florida for decals....

Some guy named Chuck on one of these boards lives in Florida and I've heard makes pretty good decals. I'm looking for 1/87 scale decals from the Florida Division of Forestry door logos and would like to buy some if he has any. Anybody know him? Chuck? You there?

Mark, I took photos from the FDFF Equipment Page website, and Mike in Utah made the decals for me. Signal 1 had also issued FDFF decals some time ago. I tried contacting them, but they took weeks between email replys, so Mike was kind enough to help me out.
