I have some over credit problem when I purchased the items from Code 3, even I have sent email and registered letter to Code 3. Either my letter were not answered nor my email was replied to the subject matter.

My experience told me that if everything OK, the services rendered from Code 3 was good, anything happened to both of us (I and Code 3) then you could not solve the problem or got the right answer.

Can anyone advise me who should I contact, don;t tell me the president of Code 3, registered letter to him seemed to had been put into the trash, so what ? No response.
