Well h*ll i'm not, this story gives me more and more a bad taste in the mouth.
Those people can't even read what's wrote to them.
i ask for a replacement not for a refund
i say i won't pay twice for shipping (yes i get my money back)and take the risk of the package getting lost .
ground shipping is without insurance!!!!!!!
how freaking hard is it to even put your name on a reply???
i can't ship back within the stated 30 days !!!!!

i geuss my days of collecting are counted,i'm ****** and not a little bit but a huge bit
i'm not ordering blind again that's for sure.

Hello Sir,

Thank you for your reply. I apologize in behalf of the company for this inconvenience. However management has informed me they will refund you the money once we have received the defective item. We will also reimburse shipping so long it is regular standard ground. Our policy for returns is that accounting office must first receive the item and credit back the amount of item purchased as well as reimburse the ground shipping paid by the customer for the returns.

Katt- as i stated before i'm not planning to pay twice for shipping and
neither do I take the risk of a package getting lost when it's sent

Uninsured ground shipping as your company policy is.

I'm a very loyal customer and I don't deserve to be a victim of the very bad
quality control of code 3.

So I suggest again that code 3 will let the package get picked-up by fed-ex
on my homeadress at their cost instead of mine.

I don't want to get my money back I just want to get what I payed for no
more no less.

I'd like the replacement get checked on quality before it's shipped as
several other collectors has received a second damaged model.

200+ US$ may not be much for a company but it sure is to me.

Ground shipping take 6-12 weeks and it's not my fault things got wrong,it's
time for code 3 to pick up the ball.

Hans, I'm sure that I'm not alone when I say that you have every right to be as mad as you are. Good luck in getting your situation resolved! I don't see the Code 3 Customer Service debacle getting better anytime soon.

Re: DUNKEL would you gamble on your 200$$ Philly 43??????

Hans,

Just keep on it. Another option is you can always dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will put the money back on your card for until Code 3 has resolved the issue to your satisfaction.

I've done it in the past with items I've ordered that I've returned in cases where the vendor is taking care of the issue in a reasonable timeframe.

Good luck!!

Re: DUNKEL would you gamble on your 200$$ Philly 43??????

My last post should have read "when the vendor ISN'T taking care of the issue in a timely manner."

Stupid is as stupid does

Here's where Code 3 takes the stupid pill. They ship overseas with FedEx. With FedEx the more you ship the cheaper it gets. For example over the counter shipping to return my model $195-45, on my company account (not used much) $154-50. With the amount Code 3 ships it would be far cheaper for them to pay the freight but no lets screw the customer again and again until they stop buying......and that's what they want no overseas customers!
