im looking to get my hands on some walk around photos of the Denver E 25 or E 20. it´s both luverne engines that are quite special.. mail me if you got any photos. anything can help. already tried firepics.net, but no luck

Those engines are Central States pumpers, not Luvernes. One has already been replaced with one of the new Pierce engines.

are you sure. they look a lot like Luvernes....

go to denver repair shop and training dept on 72nd and quebec st they have old engine 8 hme pumper. staion 20 lost there truck in a crash then sold it for 1000.00. John Arthur has every truck in state of colorado pics. Call Denver Fire Museum on 14th n glenarm st.

The dealereship I work for sold them. We don't sell Luvernes. Besides a truck if that era would have been a Crimson, not a Luverne. (We don't sell Crimson either)
