I have a Mass State Police Dodge Charger that I just opened and it has a missing Engine. I am requesting a replacementt.

Well it just go's to prove what Dennis Deal and Crap Response Replica's is all about. Dennis is refusing to replace any car or missing part from any car I buy. Now that is great costumer service. This is why I have been a outspoken critic of his crappy car's. I tried to give his car's another chance and still same ol **** different day. What about it Dennis? I guess it is replace part's for the people you like and the one's who have a problem are SOL? You just prove to everyone how much of a jerk you really are. Over priced crap.

Jeff, yes I did. Dennis said he would not replace any car's that I bought from any vender so I am out the 20 dollars on the car. So I look at that as discrimantory. Just because you hate someone you refuse to replace the car. Not very good bussiness pratice. Even if I buy the car from you he would not send you the replacement.

Lee - See my email to you. FRR has replaced 6 cars for me for ones that were defective in some way, and have never cared who I was sending them to. FRR is hardly the only diecast company with QC issues, go read some comments on Code 3! I am not saying you have to kiss their a$$. I think your vendor should easily replace this model for you.
