Found one of the MB E350 08 Ford Ambulances at local WalMart in Chino Calif. Is number 55 on the card. Color difference between body and cab shows up as body is plastic molded and darker red then metal cab.
Lettered AMBU (white) MEDIC (black) 058 (white) with white angled stripe. Light bars on front and rear of body are molded so they blend in with body. Looks good otherwise. If you are handy with fine paint brush you could outline lightbars with silver to make them stand out. Was the only one on rack but am going to check couple other nearby WalMarts tomorrow.

The MB ambulance is one of the best they have done. If you are a diecast purist you won't like the box is plastic. Overall the unit with the cab scales out to around 1/74 scale. However the box scales out nicely to 96" wide in 1/87 scale. Just perfect for a Type 1 or 3 unit.

For a buck I haven't seen a better one yet. I hope to get one cut apart and painted to add to a Boley cab.
