Does anyone know if a replica of a Mack/Gerstenslager rescue was ever produced in a die-cast. Looking at some older photos I've seen that FDNY and Boston Fire have used these vehicles as rescues of a similar type. But I have seen other versions of custom made Gerstenslager rigs as well. I know the Signature has one version of a Gerstenslager rescue depicting West Hempstead NY and Lynn, MA rescues. The old FDNY and Boston rescues were of a different body configuration. I believe Dehanes Models put out a 1959 FDNY Mack B Rescue 1 that had the Gerstenslager body.
