The tales of woe vary. But the request is the same: They want people to send money or help by way of the Internet. They call it "cyberbegging"or "Internet panhandling".

Bobbys' new van fund

Hello, I'm trying to help my brother-n-law get a new handicap van. Robert Kirksey.Bobbys' van is about to quit. He is a paraplegic and requires 24 hour care. His sister Faith cares for him and he has to go everywhere she goes. Bobby loves the outdoors, & NASCAR. He also has a handicapped sister Deborah that also has to be transported to doctor visits and family functions. We are trying to buy a minivan with a rearload ramp. Any donations would be sent directly to bobby,and he will call and say thank you in his own way even though he can't talk he has a phone. If you ever met Bobby you can't help but love him.
