I know some time has passed, you've probably fogotten all about me.
I was in school last we spoke. Then I finished my work and got a job. I was an accountant for most of a year.
I'm back in school again. It's a long shot, another 4 years, and I'll probably write about Auster in the end. I wouldn't say I have obsessions of any kind; I'm not compulsive, either. A quiet staid man, me. But I guess I'm a little obsessed with this author. It saddens me to think that most americans don't know who he is; also that he won't live forever and I'll probably never meet him.
I saw him once, in a theater, from far off. He was as cool as I'd imagined. The interviewer was a shmuck, and a Stanford professor!
