Hi, I just wanted to share my sensations about The Brooklyn follies: I've just discovered Paul at the book shop that i usually go while I wait for the train that take me back to home every night. The book was there, in a very small angle..there was just a few copies, so I chose the english version of course. Somebody said that you don't choose the books, they choose you, and I guess that this time Auster caught my immagination. It's funny to immagine Lucy when you see walking around the square little girl with a charming big smile, or the old Nat when you see at the train station a 60 year old man. I'm not a literature expert, i'm very far way the be one, but I just feel delighted when a book give the emotion or the sensations contained on the story. I just love stories about people.
Thank you Mr Auster to took to Brooklyn even if I've never been there before.
