I just read the American short stories and the Brooklyn Follies. I came across them at a flea market in the South of France - an expat was selling up and was reluctant to part with them but did. I loved them both and hope to see a sequel to the Follies. Is this in the pipeline? I have been collecting characters in Africa and the South of France and they are crawling into my blog.
