I was very disapointed today, I called the local VFW here in Port Jeff to ask if some one was availiable to present the colors at our Little League home opener I was told " We dont do that" I remember my Grandfather who was a past Commander in Nassau, going to theses events and doing things like this. what happened? I thought that it would be an Honor to the VFW members to present the Flag....Is this the norm?
