I am looking for information regarding my Great Grandfather John Murphy and his family.

According to the 1911 Wales Census he was born in Ballinhassig, County Cork about 1843. He married Mary Ann Tobin in Newport, Wales in 1870. The marriage certificate names his father as John. They both have the same occupation a Wharf Labourer so does this mean the whole family left Ireland to live in Wales.

I would appreciate any information regarding my Irish roots.
