I am trying to find-out something about Richard Byrne (s) from Ballingarry (South) in Tipperary born around 1800. He was tried for murder in Tipperary on 18th July 1833 and transported to Australia for life. At the time of his trial, he was shown as being married, with one male child.
Could anyone let me know how I might be able to trace details of his trial and the offence that he committed?
