John Dwyer (b. Oct 1944 - Chapel Lane, Carrick-on-Suir, Co.Tipperary) married Sarah Lacey (Lacy) on 23 February 1868 in Parish Kilpatrick, Co.Tipperary. John's parents were Patrick Dwyer & Anne Anderson. Sarah was born 1850 in Gorteennamona, Co.Tipperary. Her father was James Lacey.
John & Sarah had 6 children:- Catherine (b.1868), Mary (Margaret) (b.1870), John (b.1973), James (b.1875), William (b.1879) and John Mark (b.1881).
I'm looking for any information about Sarah Lacey (and her family). I understand she died whn my grand father John Mark was young but I have no other information.

John Dwyer was a native of the townland of Cluen in the parish of Clonoulty - he had nothing whatsoever to do with Carrick on Suir.He married Sarah Lacy daughter of James Lacey and Mary Ryan in Clonoulty on 23rd January 1868.
Hi Joan ... pretty sure we're talking about the same person as my John was indeed a native of Clune when he married Sarah Lacey. The Civil marriage record I have indicates her father was James Lacey but however that Mary Ryan was a witness along with Dan Ryan.
