Make that eight children Catherine (b.1868), Mary (b.1870), John (1873); Margaret (b.1874?), James (b.May 1875) Patrick (b. 1877), William (b.1879) and John Mark (b.1881).

John Dwyer was a native of the townland of Cluen in the parish of Clonoulty - he had nothing whatsoever to do with Carrick on Suir.He married Sarah Lacy daughter of James Lacey and Mary Ryan in Clonoulty on 23rd January 1868.

Hi Joan ... pretty sure we're talking about the same person as my John was indeed a native of Clune when he married Sarah Lacey. The Civil marriage record I have indicates her father was James Lacey but however that Mary Ryan was a witness along with Dan Ryan.

Do you have any other information about Sarah?
