Doug Cahow is a older Brother of Doug Cahow who was MIA with the 78th Infantry Division . I was also with the 78th. We served in different Regiments.Cahow was killed on Dec. 13,1944 , our first day of combat, in the Hurtegen Forest battle, which was the starting of the Battle of the Bulge. |

From what I've read, all crew members of Richard M. Rowell served heroically. I wish them a great experience when they tour BB-62 this month (9/2012) in Camden, NJ. |

My adopted uncle was:gerold norman hanson born in marshfield,wisconsin he is buried in the harrisville,cemetary in harrisville,wisconsin was buried in 1979 he was a tech 5 he got a purple heart and was in during world war two. Do you have a picture of him and of the company he was attached to? Who was the General then? Please send what you find in any gov. info of military feed back send to my email address please. My brother was 2nd Lt. William L. Webb, he was killed in a plane crash in England. He wad buried at Cambridge Miltary Cemetery in England and then reburied in the family plot Oakwood Cemetery, Berlin, Wisonsin. I also knew Pvt Lloyd Wallace. I believe he is buried at the cemetary in Barronett, Wisconsin. I think the website is a nice tribute to all the fallen heros. |
